Alison Krauss, born in Decatur the state of Illinois on the 23rd July 1971, is an incredibly popular and rich Country Singer. She and LeAnnekymes were among the newest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss was born in July of 1971. Alison is a bluegrass and country singer. Her age was just teen when she first entered the world of music, having won local contests at the age of 10 old and recording her debut album at fourteen years of age. She signed with Rounder Records, her first album came out in 1987. Then, she was invited to join Alison Krauss Union Station, her current band that she sings together. Her first album in a group with this band was released in 1989.
